Our sheet steel can be post-processed on demand into all shapes and sizes using a variety of shears. Naturally, this all takes place to customer specifications. The sheet steel as delivered from the decoiling installations has an excellent flatness and minimal material tension, which is the basis for flat sheets after cutting. Our modern guillotine shears equipped with CNC controls can process sheet steel to a maximum thickness of 15 mm and even up to a length of 8 metres. In so doing, we carefully monitor that the dimensioning remains within very tight tolerances, so that the customer can fit our sheet steel straight into their own production.
Because our folding machines use advanced electronics, hydraulics and control, we are able ensure extremely accurate profiling, bending and pressing. Our folding machines can handle lengths up to 12 metres with a maximum pressure of 800 tonnes. A sophisticated system (of options) enables us to respond at all times to specific customer requirements.
